Orders & Fulfillment

How long does it take to produce my order?

Creatpix produces based on demand: we print each item just for you, right after you place your order — that way we don’t waste materials, and it’s better for the planet.

Production usually takes about 3 to 7 business days before it’s ready to ship.

How will I know if my order is shipped?

As soon as your order is printed, packed, and ready to roll, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation by email — complete with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship pretty much anywhere our fulfillment partners can reach.

A few places like Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea are off-limits due to shipping restrictions — but if you're somewhere else, we’ve got you covered.

How long does shipping take after production?

Once your item is made, it’s on its way to you! Shipping times vary depending on where you are. Here’s what you can usually expect after your order is fulfilled:

  • 3–4 business days
  • 6–8 business days
  • 2–14 business days
  • 4–8 business days
  • 10–20 business days


You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships, so you can keep an eye on your package as it travels.

Will I be charged customs fees?

Some countries charge customs, import taxes, or handling fees when your package arrives. These charges aren’t from us — they’re set by your local government and depend on your country’s rules and order value.

Since our items are fulfilled by and shipped from different locations (like the U.S., Europe, Australia etc.), customs policies may vary. You’ll be responsible for any additional fees once your order arrives in your country. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We want you to love your items! If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:

  • If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or a misprint, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
  • If your order seems to have vanished in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and work on a solution.
  • Since each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. To help you choose the right fit, we've included detailed size guides on every product page.
  • Our default return address is set to our HQ in the Netherlands. If a return is sent there, you'll receive an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Can I return or exchange my item if it doesn’t fit?

Since every item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or style changes.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Oh no — we’re sorry that happened! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, email us within 30 days of receiving it.

Be sure to include a photo of the item and your order number, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

What range of products do you offer?

We offer unisex streetwear, including:

Are your clothes unisex?

Yes! Almost everything is unisex with a relaxed, straight fit — perfect for all genders. They usually follow men’s sizing, so if you want a snugger fit, just size down. Looking for a roomy or oversized vibe? Go one size up.

The only exception is our modern lightweight windbreaker for men, which is designed specifically for men.

How do I pick the right size?

Every product page has a sizing guide to help you out. Just measure your chest and length, then compare to the chart for the best fit.

Not quite sure? We recommend sizing up one for that comfy, streetwear vibe.

Absolutely! Every design is crafted by the founder of creatpix and inspired by the stunning visuals you see on our Instagram @creatpix.

They’re exclusive, unique, and you won’t find them anywhere else!

How are the items made?

We use print-on-demand with worldwide fulfillment locations, which means your items are printed only after you order them. This helps cut down on waste and overproduction — good for the planet and for keeping things fresh!
